It features a high-precision double lead worm pair as the main indexing component, paired with a high-precision Heidenhain encoder as the display component for indexing, ensuring accurate positioning of the worktable. In measurement work, it can also be used for precise angle measurement. During operation, the worktable is first roughly positioned by a frequency conversion motor driving the worm pair, and the reading is taken through a digital display device. After the motor stops, the fine positioning is achieved by using the handwheel and micro-adjustment knob on the other end of the worm, assisting in the angle control and positioning work during machine tool machining.
