The start-up pressure test bench is a professional detection device used to measure the pressure required during the start-up phase of equipment or systems. It simulates the actual working environment to apply different pressures to the object being tested, precisely records the pressure values at the moment of start-up, and evaluates its start-up performance and reliability. It is widely used in industries such as aerospace, automotive, and mechanical manufacturing for the detection of components or systems involving pressure start-up.
Pressure measurement range: such as 0 – 100MPa and other different ranges, depending on the requirements of the object being tested. Load-bearing components: often made of high-strength alloy steel, such as 42CrMo, with good resistance to pressure and fatigue.
Sealing components: commonly use rubber materials, such as Nitrile rubber, Fluororubber, to ensure good sealing and prevent pressure leakage.
Pipeline system: generally made of stainless steel, such as 304, 316 stainless steel, with strong corrosion resistance, ensuring stable media transmission.
