It features automatic bottle mouth clamping (more accurate bottle mouth positioning), internal transfer tank (eliminating the pressure difference in the oil filling liquid level, more stable filling accuracy), and more. It utilizes Siemens PLC from Germany, with one head and one pump flow pressure stable and non-interfering with each other, double-section independent conveyor belts allowing filling and capping to operate independently, and a belt-type capping machine that is stable and reliable without air pressure phenomena, suitable for quantitative filling of various edible oils, lubricants, and other oil products, and can adapt to different materials such as PET, PE plastic barrels.
