Mechanical accessories are an important part of mechanical equipment, used for connection, support, transmission, sealing, and other aspects.
Bearings: Specifications are usually indicated by inner diameter, outer diameter, and width, such as a 6205 bearing with an inner diameter of 25mm. Other parameters include precision levels, with common levels being P0, P6, P5, etc. P0 represents general precision, with precision increasing in order.
Gears: Specification parameters include module, number of teeth, and tooth width. For example, a gear with a module of 2, 20 teeth, and a tooth width of 30mm.
Chains: Specifications are indicated by pitch, such as a 08A chain with a pitch of 12.7mm. Other parameters include the number of chain links, which are determined based on actual usage requirements.
Bolts: Specifications are indicated by nominal diameter and length, such as M12×50, representing a bolt with a nominal diameter of 12mm and a length of 50mm.
Bearings: Commonly used bearing steel includes high-carbon chromium bearing steel GCr15, which has high hardness and high fatigue performance. Special conditions may require the use of stainless bearing steel, high-temperature bearing steel, etc.
Gears: Mainly surface carburized low and medium carbon alloy structural steels, such as 20CrMnTi, with a small amount of medium carbon alloy structural steels.
Springs: Mostly medium and high carbon alloy structural steels, such as 65Mn, 60Si2Mn, etc., as well as corrosion-resistant stainless spring steels.
Connecting parts and fasteners: Materials include cold heading steel, alloy structural steel, stainless steel, etc. Stainless steel fasteners are corrosion-resistant and suitable for harsh environments; alloy structural steel can be used to manufacture high-strength bolts, etc.
