It is suitable for late-maturing citrus fruit cultivation bases, processing plants, and storage logistics links. Specifications include a sorting speed of up to 3000-10000 fruits per hour, which can be flexibly adjusted according to production output. The sorting grades can be set between 5-12 levels to meet different market demands for fruit quality. The fruit diameter is generally suitable for 50-120mm, covering the common size range of late-maturing citrus fruits. The power is generally between 1.5-5kW, with moderate energy consumption, suitable for continuous operation. Materials include: the frame is mostly made of 304 stainless steel, which is rustproof and corrosion-resistant, suitable for damp working environments; the conveyor is commonly equipped with food-grade PU belts or silicone belts, which are soft and wear-resistant, avoiding damage to the citrus peel; the detection components, such as sensor housings, are mostly made of aluminum alloy or ABS engineering plastic, which are lightweight and have strong stability; the contact fruit guide parts / baffles are mostly made of food-grade nylon or silicone, reducing scratches and pressure on the fruit.
