This product is made from Chardonnay grapes from the core production area of Shandong·Penglai. The grapes are hand-selected, gently pressed, clarified under nitrogen protection at low temperature, fermented with stepped temperature control, and aged with lees for 3 months for refinement. It presents a light straw yellow color, with elegant and rich aromas typical of white fruits and subtle floral notes. The taste is full-bodied and powerful, balanced and delicate, with harmonious acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
