It can automatically sample according to the program set by the management personnel, effectively eliminating the impact of human factors, ensuring the representativeness and accuracy of the sampling. The control system has strong anti-interference performance and can operate stably in complex industrial environments. The sampling amount is controlled by the keyboard, with simple and convenient operation, accurate adjustment, truly realizing numerical control intelligent sampling, overcoming the problem of traditional samplers gradually reducing the sampling amount and representativeness with prolonged use time. In terms of specifications, the dry mineral sampler can adapt to various pipe diameters, meeting the sampling needs of DN80-400 pipeline. For different material conveying belts, it can adapt to belt widths of 50-2400mm, with applicable belt speeds of 0.8-4.25m/s, capable of handling dry mineral materials with a particle size ≤500mm and a moisture content ≤16%. The motor operating voltage of the sampler is AC380V, the controller operating voltage is AC220V, and the motor power can be selected between 0.55-3KW depending on the model. The sampling cycle can be flexibly adjusted within 2-60 minutes, with each sampling time of 3.5s, capable of meeting different sampling frequencies and duration requirements. The structural design of the dry mineral sampler is reasonable, equipped with a built-in sampling bucket locking device, allowing reliable storage of the samples for convenient subsequent detection and analysis. All overcurrent components are made of new wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, with a service life twice that of wear-resistant rubber, and without the problem of rubber peeling off from the shell or blocking the pipeline. The equipment adopts non-contact control and is equipped with a comprehensive protection circuit, fundamentally solving the problem of poor contact, inability to sample normally, or motor burnout caused by repeated actions of electrical components in the control circuit of previous samplers.
