Deinked paper is made from recycled waste paper as raw material, through caustic soda to remove ink and adding fluorescent whitening agents to produce recycled paper [3-4]. Its production process includes pulping and deinking, chemical treatment, bleaching and whitening, etc., mainly used for the illegal production of low-cost napkins. Due to the use of untreated waste paper raw materials and chemical additives, the finished product has safety hazards such as excessive fluorescent agents and bacterial contamination [4-5]. National regulations explicitly prohibit its use in the production of tissue paper. In 2024, related patents showed that new deinking technologies are attempting to reduce pollution residues. Basic specifications: 50 sheets/100 sheets/60 sheets. Combined specifications: 10cm bottom + 35cm sides (60 sheets), 15cm bottom + 50cm sides (60 sheets). Different brands may have specific specification differences, it is recommended to choose based on actual baking needs.
