Squid rings are made from squid as the main ingredient, mixed with flour, eggs, curry powder, and breadcrumbs to form a ring-shaped food suitable for all types of people. Legitimate products should be made from squid itself, not from minced fish or octopus legs. Industrial production includes disinfection and blanching (at 95°C for over 10 seconds), followed by cooling in ice water and individual quick freezing. Before packaging, the product must pass through a metal detector.
