This wine has a flavor of aromatic-full-bodied, alcohol content: 13%vol. ‘Le Merle Blanc’ is one of the oldest white wines from the Médoc region. In the past, it accounted for 30% of the vineyard’s planting area, now only 2%, making it a very rare limited production. It is made using the typical Bordeaux white wine blending technique, with both fermentation and aging taking place in oak barrels. It presents flavors of yellow fruits and citrus fruits, along with a good minerality. The aroma is also outstanding, emitting a strong fragrance of white flowers, as well as elegant scents of vanilla, wood, and sweet spices developed during the cultivation process. Specification: 750ml
