Main functions of the CJ-3900 tower clock
1. Timing: Fully computer-controlled and managed, with screen display, fully automatic three-hand operation, the second hand runs like water, bringing a dynamic feel to the overall building, and the second hand has an automatic feedback function. The master-slave clock system adopts closed-loop control to maintain the synchronous operation of the master-slave clocks and their synchronization with Beijing time.
2. GPS satellite time correction: Connected with the computer center and satellite signal receiving equipment, it compares and corrects the separated standard time and the master clock time to ensure that the tower clock’s operation is synchronized with the standard time, achieving no accumulated error.
3. Time announcement: Using multimedia time announcement with high-fidelity effect. The announcement methods include: ① Big Ben melody plus bell sound (three different timbres) ② Dong Fang Hong melody bell sound (four different timbres) ③ Dong Fang Hong melody plus voice announcement ④ Bell sound (eight different timbres) ⑤ China, China’s red sun never sets melody (one) ⑥ Step into a new era melody ⑦ Stop broadcasting. Multimedia time announcements require a computer. Any of the seven methods can be selected at will, and language advertising phrases can be added according to user requirements.
4. Lighting: There are two lighting options (selectable): ① Illumination inside the dial; ② All pointers and scales use LED light-emitting diodes for illumination, with a long service life, capable of continuous illumination for over 100,000 hours; the lighting effect is soft and beautiful, and the lighting area can be adjusted arbitrarily.
5. Automatic tracking function: After a power outage, the master clock automatically remembers for months. After power is restored, the slave clock can automatically track the standard time without the need for manual adjustment. It can also be set according to user requirements to determine the time when the power is off but the clock is not stopped.
6. Monitoring function: ① Monitor and control the operation of the master-slave clocks. ② Modify and set the announcement methods and tunes. ③ Real-time processing of signals sent by the slave clock system, real-time control of the lighting and announcement of the slave clock. ④ Display the master clock time and synchronize the adjustment of the master clock time. ⑤ View or reset the lighting area. ⑥ Display computer operation help information at any time.
7. Fault self-diagnosis function: When a fault occurs in a part of the system, the controller automatically diagnoses the fault and transmits the fault phenomenon information to the control center, which immediately displays the fault location and indicates how to eliminate the fault. This function can only be realized with a computer.
