The warm and humid climate, fertile soil, and ample sunshine in Penglai provide ideal conditions for the growth of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, resulting in excellent ripeness and the accumulation of abundant sugar, acidity, and unique flavor compounds, infusing the wine with soul. During the brewing process, the winery follows a combination of traditional and modern techniques. Hand-picked grapes undergo strict selection to ensure each one is of superior quality. Subsequently, the grapes go through gentle destemming, temperature-controlled fermentation, and other delicate procedures, aging in oak barrels for an extended period. The aroma of oak intermingles with the natural fruitiness of the grapes, bestowing the wine with complex and profound flavors. Visually, the wine presents a deep and intense purple-red color, as dazzling as a ruby, with a hint of brick red at the edges, showcasing its maturity and fullness.
