Auxiliary machines are also required, with water chillers all being 10P/10.3KW, and air compressors having corresponding specifications. It features centralized heating, an upper variable pitch cavity design, high efficiency, low yield rate, fast mold change, excellent quality of the machine frame and molds, and is equipped with a high-pressure gas recovery system for energy saving and consumption reduction. The molds use 7075 aviation aluminum, with outstanding performance.
