The 2018 Manchu Bride dry white wine originates from the Qushan Valley region of the year 2018. That year, the region experienced a dry climate, which produced high-quality and perfectly ripe Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains grapes, harvested on August 26th. The winemaking process is meticulous, with clean and clear juice undergoing low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and then stored in the tanks until bottling, maximizing the preservation of freshness and varietal character. This wine has an alcohol content of 12.5%vol and is packaged in a 750ml bottle, made from the Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains grape variety. It is known for its intense floral aroma and particularly prominent lychee fragrance. It is best served chilled and pairs beautifully with seafood, making it an ideal aperitif for hot summer days.
